Well, I had to go to get the rear part of the car fixed because of a claim I made.
The short answer: TERRIBLE experience.
First, they are also a Mitsubishi dealership, and the same guy who attended to me admitted that he doesn’t know much about Honda
In fact, a friend went to get the PCV valve and was told that it never needs changing
They replaced the restyling diffuser that I had put on and installed the old one, even though I told them twice that it was fine and not to change it. Well, they either forgot or didn’t care, and when I went to pick up the car, surprise! I asked for my part, and they told me the insurance kept it. I called the insurance, and they said they kept it (liars
). I called to ask for it, and they said they had to go pick it up. Three weeks passed, and they didn’t say anything, they kept it, and who knows if it was to sell it or what…
I also got a blind spot sensor error, but they said they couldn’t justify it was from the crash and didn’t fix it. Now I have flashing lights, and the error can’t be cleared.
I also took the car for a diagnosis, I think they didn’t know how to use the machine (Miguel from Quermotor told me they could run tests and get clues about the problem) and they only told me the name of the error, which I already knew since the 25€ Autel already tells you that. To avoid charging me 75€ just for that, they checked the spark plugs and told me they weren’t the original ones and gave “incorrect values,” when there are about 20 here with the same spark plugs (ruthenium ones) without any issue.
In summary: incompetent and liars on top of that.
