Fix rearview mirror motor 8th generation VIII

Hello everyone

Well, I’ve gone crazy trying to fix the side mirror. The problem is not the electric module that controls the folding (the one with the resettable fuse that looks like a lentil). The problem is actually the motor of the mirror that performs the folding (although it has actually broken due to the module). I want to access it to replace it so I don’t have to buy the entire mirror, but I’m unable to access it. I completely disassemble it, but in the last part, it seems that you can’t remove the clamp that goes over the spring. I’ve seen videos of people who have disassembled it, but they don’t show how (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-cI_3_w3spw).

Does anyone have any ideas?

First of all, thank you very much for replying. I ended up going with a scrap yard mirror. But even so, I would be interested in being able to solve it, honestly. I’m sending you some photos. Along with what is seen in the video I shared, I think it will be enough to understand the problem.
