So not many people will be affected, because there are very few with those rims. Of course, I imagine they were installed at the dealership and Honda won’t have the VINs identified, so they’ll have to check them all.
I’ve only seen one in Spain. They do look great, though.
I have seen them in Google Images.

Well, today I received a certified letter from Honda (sent via the DGT) at home regarding this matter. Even though I have the original wheels, it must be like you said—they’re sending it to everyone.
Good morning everyone, I received a letter from Honda with a 6HA safety recall notice. I’m sending a photo of the letter in case it might affect anyone else too. I understand it’s about the spare tire, and I don’t think it affects me, but if anyone can confirm, thanks! My Civic is a 2019 but comes with the puncture repair kit.
I got the letter too, but I understand it refers to the stock wheels and I changed mine, so it doesn’t affect me.
To all the wheels? I think mine are stock, so I’ll have to give them a call and stop by then…
I think it’s a specific wheel model they had as an option.

It says it’s for the optional wheels (I imagine the 18" ones). There aren’t many of those.
But give them a call and have them confirm.
I got it too. I have the AB review this Friday, so I’ll ask them and see what they have to say.
