acabo de tener un problema gordo, el coche no me abre ni con mando ni con llave…os a pasado a alguno?, como lo habeis solucionado?, un abrazo y gracias de antemano por la ayuda

Se supone que si, arranco bien, trayecto dentro de poblado de 20 minutos y segun aparco y cierro intento volver a abrirlo porque me habia dejado dentro del coche las llaves de casa y ya no a abierto

Eso me pasó a mí y fué por dos coincidencias:
1.- Se me acabó la pila del mando de golpe. Funcionó al cerrarlo por la tarde y al día siguiente por la mañana ya no abría.
2.- Bastante tiempo antes llevé el coche a pintar y algo tocaron porque no abría el maletero ni la puerta. De lo primero me di cuenta ese mismo día. De lo segundo, hasta que no me fallo la pila del mando, ni puta idea.

Una presilla del bombillo se habia soltado, y se habia quedado bloqueado el cierre por algun motivo que no saben decirme, se han aliado los astros para que empezara bien el año, ya lo tengo, me lo llevo para casa y muchas gracias a todos por la ayuda!!!

My electronic lock got stuck, and when they painted it, they didn’t put the latch on the lock. Take it to have the latch put on, they’ll remove the trim and get to work. I don’t remember how much they charged me, but it’s good to have it working just in case.

I remember watching a video that I can’t find now, where they disassemble the driver’s handle and remove part of the mechanism because, for whatever reason, it was poorly assembled at the factory or something like that, and the summary is that the piece that moves when turning the key was not properly fitted with the cylinder that turns.
I think the video was on the forum but I can’t find it here or on YouTube
It was the cross-shaped piece that was not properly fitted into the actuator that goes in the door
